Dr. Laura
A Long Island native, Dr. Laura grew up in Garden City and decided in fourth grade that she wanted a career in dentistry. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!) and earned her dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. After dental school, she returned to New York to complete her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx.
Now a board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Laura has split her time caring for children in Manhattan and as Associate Director at the RFK Children’s Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center, training other dentists on how to care for patients with special healthcare needs. She’s thrilled to be returning to Long Island and looks forward to welcoming local families to the practice. As both a dentist and a mom, Dr. Laura understands how important it is to find healthcare providers who treat your children like their own. She cares for every patient with that same level of compassion, recognizing that no two children are alike and that each deserves individualized care tailored to their unique needs.
Outside the office, Dr. Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, Brennan and Charlotte. Together, they love going to the beach, exploring local parks, trying new foods, and enjoying everything Long Island has to offer.
